In 2007 and 2008 the Inverness Blitz has taking a group of 12 –13 year old participants to the Oceola County area in Florida, USA. The aims of the trips were as follows: 

Just some of the activities included playing flag football games against local teams, lots of practices, shopping in the local American Football / sports shops, visiting a college stadium, spectating at an arena football game, getting a tour of an arena football stadium, meeting some arena football players and much much more.
