Cheerleading

Cheerleading is a fantastic way to get active and be part of a team.  There is currently lots of programmes being run at local schools so there is plenty of opportunities for young people to get involved.  If you are at school currently and there is no cheerleading programme being run you should ask your active school coordinator for information on getting started.
