Strength and Conditioning
It doesn't matter what age you are...In fact the Blitz encourages athletes to get involved in this style of training from as young as 11 / 12 years old. We have conducted reseach into this area and found that there is no evidence to suggest that weight training is dangerous or detrimental to the health of young people if done properly. To get involved in Strength and Conditioning you must first be part of an Inverness Blitz Programme / team. Ask your coach how to get involved in the Weight training or contact the Blitz office directly. |
